by now probably all of you know there was an issue with the DC vouchers lately.

When activating the DC vouchers we made a mistake, we did not keep in mind that in RO and HU there was a discount active and therefore it was possible to get much more DC in the end than were actually paid for. Some users deliberately abused this mistake of ours in a way that all in all we're looking at an immense financial damage as well as a severe negative influence on the game's ecology. The voucher-discount issue was live and active for about 90 minutes before our technical department could resolve the issue in which some users abused it hundreds of times within that time period.

As a result of this in the following days we banned all accounts which bought more than 10 vouchers for further investigation. Now, to be very clear on that, all accounts banned because of this will remain banned until all investigations and measures to be taken are finished.

The next things that are going to happen will be a thorough investigation of all accounts who were over the threshhold mentioned above. We just had a meeting in which we discussed several possible ways of handling this situation. We will inform you about the final procedures in the following days, however, we can already tell you that those who abused it will face a loss of the DC they gained by abusing this situation. After all substractions are done the bans will be revoked and the affected accounts can be played again.

For further information please pay attention to this thread in the following days. We will provide more information as soon as we have it.

Pana acum cu totii ati stiut ca avem o problema legata de Vouchere.

Cand am activat voucherele am facut o greseala, nu am tinut cont de faptul ca in RO si HU era activata o reducere, drept urmare a fost posibil sa cumparati mult mai multe MDuri la final decat pentru cate ati platit. Unii useri au abuzat in mod intentionat de greseala noastra facand ca acest lucru sa ne cauzeze daune financiare imense, si totodata, sa cauzeze o influenta negativa asupra economiei serverelor. Reducerea la vouchere a fost posibila pentru un interval de 90 de minute pana cand tehnicienii nostri au putut rezolva acesta problema, timp in care unii useri au cumparat de sute de ori voucherele.

Ca un rezultat al acestei erori, in urmatoarelor zile am banat toate conturile care au cumparat mai mult de 10 vouchere, pentru investigatii suplimentare. Acum, pentru a fi foarte clari in asta, toate conturile banate pentru aceasta cauza vor ramane banate pana cand vom termina toate investigatiile si vom lua toate masurile necesare.

Urmatorul lucru care se va intampla este ca vom face o investigare amanuntita asupra tuturor conturile implicate, mentionate mai sus. Abia am terminat o sedinta in care am discutat mai multe posibilitati prin care am putea rezolva aceasta situatie. Va vom informa in legatura cu procedura finala in zilele care urmeaza, totusi, va putem spune dinainte ca toti cei care au abuzat vor pierde MD-urile pe care le-au luat abuziv. Dupa ce vom elimina tot ceea ce ati luat ilegal, banurile primite pentru aceasta problema vor fi scoase, si veti putea juca pe conturi dinnou.
Pentru mai multe informatii, va rugam sa urmariti acest topic in zilele care urmeaza. Va vom oferi mai multe informatii imediat ce vom detine unele.

I was informed about this incident a few moments ago and as it seems there has indeed been an issue with the DC vouchers where they could be bought for less than they should. As it's weekend and naturally noone from the product team is currently available a definitive answer on how this is going to be dealt with can not be given at this very moment. Bear in mind we had christmas, new year's eve, people were on vacation and just only now they're coming back one by one. I have, as we speak, written a report to the product team requesting information on how this will be dealt with but obviously before tomorrow, probably in the afternoon, no definitive answers will be given. As much as I understand how inconvenient and annoying this situation is for you, please be patient and await further information. In the end, that's exactly what I myself have to do as well.

As I personally am on vacation now the next information post will be done either by me or my replacement Gfinder. Until then please remain calm and at all times keep in mind: even in situations like this you are obliged to abide to the forum rules.

Am fost informat despre acest incident acum cateva momente si intr-adevar se pare ca a fost o problema cu voucherele de MD ce puteau fi cumparate pentru mai putin decat ar fi trebuit. Cum este sfarsit de saptamana si nimeni din echipa de productie nu este in mod normal disponibil, un raspuns definitiv legat despre cum va fi tratata aceasta problema nu poate fi oferit in acest moment. Va rog sa retineti faptul ca a fost Craciunul, Anul Nou, lumea a fost in vacanta si doar incepand
de acum incep sa revina unul cate unul. In timp ce vorbesc, am pregatit un raport scris catre echipa de productie, cerand informatii legate de modul cum va fi tratata problema dar evident, pana maine, cel mai probabil in cursul dupa amiezii, nu se va putea da un raspuns definitiv. Pe cat de mult inteleg cat de inconvenabila si suparatoare este aceasta situatie pentru voi, pe atat de mult va rog sa aveti rabdare si sa asteptati informarile ulterioare. In final acesta este exact lucrul pe care trebuie sa il fac si eu in aceeasi masura.

Cum sunt in vacanta, urmatoarele informatii va vor fi oferite ori de catre mine ori de catre inlocuitorul meu Gfinder. Pana atunci va rog sa ramaneti calmi si sa tineti minte urmatoarele: chiar si in situatii ca si aceasta, sunteti obligati sa va conformati regulilor forumului.

Right on time for Christmas, we are happy to introduce a completely new feature in the ItemShop - Gifts for friends! With this option you're now able to give certain items from the ItemShop to someone as a gift. You can send presents to following addressees:

• guild members
• friends from your friendslist
• spouse

Hint: new spouses, guild members or friends will appear in your list after seven days at the latest.

So how exactly does it work?

Well, it's fairly easy! Just open the IS and chose the desired section. If the item symbol also contains a small purple parcel it means that it is available as gift.

Once you selected the item you want to give away you will see a new button "Gift an item"
below the purchase option.

After clicking on it a new pop-up window will appear and a list with your friends, guildmembers and spouse will be shown. Just chose the person to whom you want to give something and accept the appearing confirmation box.

Your friend will see a purple parcel above the rotating coin and after clicking on it the Itemshop will open automatically. As soon as he or she clicks on "Thanks" in the pop-up window, the present will be delivered to the account depot of the user.

And last but not least: Gifts for friends will only be available for a limited time.
