we'd like to remind you that no official Metin2 website will ever ask you for your login details.
Furthermore there is no such thing as "improved, faster support" or "click here to get Fms +9".

Unfortunately lately a lot of users have fallen for those sites. We'd like to remind you that in such cases there will be no support at all. It is your responsibility to make sure you and only you have access to your account details.

The support will never ask your for your login details. We don't need your login details to check your case and it does certainly not make the checks and procedures faster if you provide your login details. We are not interested in your login details at all. There is exactly one person in the whole wide world that should know your login details and that is you and you alone. Noone else, not your hamster, not your sister, not your brother, not your friend, wife, husband, whatever.

Please also keep in mind that by sharing your login details with anyone else you forfeit all right to appeal to support. Shared accounts get NO support at all.

Please make sure that at all times you are the only one with access to your login details, furthermore please make sure not to provide your login details anywhere else than on the official Metin2.ro website and the official Metin2.ro game client. Regularly scan your computer for malware, keyloggers and viruses. Also make sure to use secure passwords, there are hundreds of websites on the internet that can help you with that.

As a short hint a secure password should:

dorim sa va reamintim ca Niciun website oficial al Metin2 nu va vor cere datele de logare.
Mai mult, nu exista nici o metoda cum ar fi "inbunatatit, suport rapid" sau "da click aici pentru a primi un Fms +9".

Din nefericire, in ultima vreme o multime de useri au fost pacaliti de aceste siteuri. Dorim sa va reamintim ca in astfel de cazuri nu vom oferi suport sub nici o forma. Este responsabilitatea voastra sa va asigurati ca voi si doar voi aveti acces la detaliile conturilor.

Support-ul nu va va intreba niciodata datele de logare. Nu avem nevoie de datele de logare pentru a verifica problema prezentata si cu siguranta nu va grabi procedura de verificare daca va veti da datele. Nu suntem interesati deloc ce date de logare aveti. Exista o singura persoana in toata lumea care ar trebui sa stie datele voastre de logare, si acea persoana sunteti voi. Nimeni altcineva, nici hamsterul, nici sora, nici fratele, nici prietenul, sotia, sotul, nimeni.

Va rugam sa va intre in minte ca impartind contul cu altcineva (IE: dand datele de logare) va va lua dreptul de a primi support. Conturile impartite NU primesc ajutor sub nici o forma.

Va rugam sa va asigurati tot timpul ca sunteti singura persoana care stie datele de logare, si sa va asigurati pe viitor ca singurul site/client unde va veti pune datele de logare sunt cele oficiale ( http://metin2.ro ). Din cand in cand, scanati-va calculatoarele de virusi, keyloggere si troieni. Deasemenea asigurati-va ca folositi parole sigure, sunt sute de site-uri pe internet care va pot ajuta cu asta.
