[Urgent] Crashes & kicks

  • Dear players,


    in order to investigate the currently worsening issue with kicks and crashes we need your help!
    Unfortunately, as back then with the ??? errors, we are having difficulties with reproducing the issue which makes it a lot harder to effectivelydo something against it.
    To that end we have to ask you for your help. When you navigate to your gameguard folder you should find files with the file extension .erl.
    Please zip these and send them to kicksandcrashes@metin2.de.
    In this mail please also include as much information as possible about what you did when the crash/kick happened, for example:
    ·Isit a kick or a crash of the whole game?
    ·Didyou have a mount active at the time of the kick/crash, if so, which one?
    ·Didyou have a pot active at the time of the kick/crash, if so, which one?
    ·Whichmap were you on at the time of the kick/crash?
    ·Ifyou do the exact same things again that lead to the kick/crash, does it happen again right away?
    -server/account name/character name/country
    Please keep this information in ENGLISH for better understanding.
    Please also include your syserr.txt file in this mail. It is important that you first backup this syserr.txt BEFOREyou relog to the client, otherwise it will be empty.
    Thank you for your help! We hope that we can find the cause of these issues with these steps, so please send all the information you have aboutthis.

    Dacă ai scăpat telefonul în apă, pune-l într-un vas cu orez cel puțin 24h. Pe timpul nopții, orezul atrage chinezii care vor veni să ți-l repare.

  • Salutare, tot primesc kick-uri de la client la un interval de 30-40 minute..
    Am incercat sa trimit detalii catre adresa de mail si se pare ca numai exista.
    Mentionez ca folosesc ca si Antivirus Microsoft Windows defender si Malwarebytes Premium si pana la mentenanta din 6.12.2017 trecuta nu am avut probleme.. acum tot primesc kick-uri.


    Sper sa gasiti sau Webzen/GAMEFORGE sa gaseasca o rezolvare la aceasta problema enervanta !
